Baby’s first Easter calls for a very special gift. {hand made by my son, no less!}
Inspired by Kim McGillis, Independent Stampin’ Up Demonstrator in Canada. You can see her original post here. We selected an organic cotton shirt in a tiny 000 size. Using the stamp set A Good Day {145873} the sweet bunny image was stamped using Basic Black Archival ink {140931}. The image was then hand coloured using Non Toxic Acrylic paints mixed with Textile Medium (which when combined with acrylic paint becomes durable fabric paint). When dry, this was simply heat set with a hot iron. Voila!
The tag and card were simply created using the same stamp set, while the packaging was created using the Window Box Thinlit Dies {142762}. The beautiful rose gold designer series paper was a Free reward item from Sale-a-bration to concluded yesterday. What a great reminder to get your hands on the products you love while they are available!
This was simple project that was fun to make and a joy to gift.
Today’s project featured an Easter Theme however A Good Day Stamp Set is very versatile for all year round. Hop on over to my online store to purchase this stamp set yourself!
