New Year Wishes

Sending kind sentiments of happiness to you all for 2019

I love the symbolism of the paper crane and felt this to be a fabulous choice for my New Year’s gift tags. My talented son Louis is an absolute whizz at folding the cranes, even the tiny ones! These make wonderful gifts and tokens of appreciation and well wishes.

The New Year brings hope, gathers thoughts, inspires dreams and new beginnings. Like many, I choose not to make resolutions but rather set intentions and send positive energy to everyone, including myself.

Note: The Stampin’ Up! products used in this post are identified in bold (with an item number) and are available through my online store at .

The tags are simple to create. Use the Big Shot {143263} and Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies {145372} to cut stitched ovals in both Whisper White Cardstock {106549} and Silver Glimmer paper {146960}. The sentiment is from Farmhouse Christmas stamp set {148478} and is stamped in Night of Navy ink {147110}. The Crane and clouds are stamped from Artfully Folded stamp set {146806} in Versamark Ink {102283} and heat embossed with Stampin Silver Emboss Powder {109131}. The mini bells are from the Sincerely Santa Project Kit {109131} and secured with Silver Metallic Thread {138402}.

You can earn Hostess Rewards and exclusive stamp sets such as Artfully Folded.
